I love the fall – such a beautiful time of the year for sessions!  I had a wonderful session with this lovely group – meet the P Family!  I loved the closeness of this family – lots of laughter and giggles, and such ease with each other.  I especially get a smile looking at the grouping of shots from the bridge of the two kids – the facial expressions are so telling!  Thank you P Family for a nice afternoon together!

I photographed this lovely family about a year ago and was so excited to work with them again.  What a difference a year makes!  When I last worked with them, the youngest daughter was not yet walking, but able to pull up to stand by a chair.  This year…she was off and running!  She kept me on the move!  And her big sister, such a pretty girl and LOVE those curls!!  We had a beautiful fall day and lots of smiles and laughter.  Thank you H Family for another great session!  Hope to see you again next year!

Yes, I am a little behind on blogging, as you can probably tell by the green and lush background, and the bare legs!!  Slightly different than the 20 degree weather and dusting of snow that I woke up to today!!  This was actually not that long ago, but with the changing weather, feels like ages ago!  Anyway, back to this lovely family and our session.  They were the auction winners from a gift certificate that I donated to a charity event for Aidan’s Army (www.aidansarmy.org – please check it out and support their mission of advancing treatment and research for childhood cancer and brain tumors).   I so enjoyed meeting this family and capturing the love they all have for each other.   There was smiles, laughter, hugs and jokes.  This family showed me that despite ups and downs we all face in our lives, the love we share with our family is what keeps you going and makes it all worth it.  It was a pleasure working with you all and I hope our paths cross again!
